He was a retiree from Ford Motor Company, as a auto mechanic, as well as a retiree from RTD, Rapid Transit District, as a diesel mechanic on city buses. He was also a Veteran who served in the United States Navy and the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Helen King of 45 years of marriage, and his son, William King. He also leaves behind two grandchildren, Oliver King, and Tyler King.
