

She was a long time resident of Chino CA and lived in the city from 1976 to 2018. She was a parishioner at St. Margaret Mary church in Chino.
Ms. Hernandez volunteered in the community with various organizations such as Chino American Little League, Chino Pop Warner, and AYSO. She served as PTA President at Gird Elementary in the 80’s. She is best known for love and support helping with children of all ages. She worked in Medical Records at Doctors hospital in Montclair and San Dimas Community Hospital. Where she had recently retired. She is best known for her enchilada pie dish, tamales, baking cookies from scratch, passion to collect Betty Boop memorabilia, lip stick kisses on our cheeks, and her love for her rose garden.
She is survived by her daughter Antoinette Toni Hernandez-Reyes from Ontario. son John Eric Hernandez from Rancho Cucamonga, Her granddaughters Kara and Jazmine Bench, Francesca and Evangeline Reyes, also her grandson John Eric Hernandez JR.
A light service will be provided by Sunset Hills held in Apple Valley, CA on June 4th at 10 am.
A memorial will be in July at her Church Saint Margaret Mary’s.
