Abby Lanell Stubbs

Abby was born July 6, 1979 to Tom and Vicki Stubbs. She attended Texas Christian Academy and was a 1997 Martin High School graduate. She graduated from UTA with a degree in Psychology. Abby's passion in life was to help people beginning with mission trips with her church when she was in high school. She worked as a social worker for several years with an emphasis on children. Her passion to help was not limited to people, she also had a heart for cats and dogs.

Abby always had a creative mind. She enjoyed exploring music, reading, and writing poetry. She was curious about people and their cultures, accepting everyone for who they were no matter their background or heritage.

Abby's sense of humor, wit, laughter, and smile will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors: parents, Tom and Vicki Stubbs; brother, Matt Stubbs; grandmother, Mary Knowles; nieces, Layne, Allie, and Mikayla Stubbs; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
