Ann Stanislaus Lyons Livingston was born March 20, 1929 in Brunswick, GA and grew up in Groves, TX. She passed from this earth peacefully on Sept. 15, 2021 in Ft. Worth, TX. Ann married her husband Howard in 1948 after they met at business college in Port Arthur TX. They were married for 70 years. She did volunteer work for many organizations such as Arlington Memorial Hospital, Blue Birds, Camp Fire Girls, PTA, Meals on Wheels (over 30 years) and New Day. She was active in her church, singing in the choir over 30 years, in book clubs, women’s groups, on committees, and was well loved by many at Grace Presbyterian Church in Arlington. In 1975 she went to work for Ft. Worth ISD in the speech administration department for more than 20 years.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, Walter B. and Mary Estelle Lyons, in-laws LJ and Velma Livingston, brother Andrew Lyons, sister Mary Elizabeth Livingston and loving husband Howard of 70 years. Survivors include her daughters Lynn Little Bald Eagle (Fred) of Rosebud, SD, Lisa Martin (Warren) of Granbury, TX, Lee Ann James of Angleton, TX, grandchildren Lesley von Bose (Karl), Brian Martin (Miranda), Kyle James (Shelby), John Little Bald Eagle, Eric One Feather, great grandchildren Matthew and Chloe Martin, and brother Ronnie Lyons of Magnolia, TX.
Service: Graveside service Friday, September 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 N. Davis, Arlington, 76012.
