Aurora will always be remembered by her family as a fighter and a beautiful baby who had so much potential. Though her time in this world was brief, she touched the hearts of everyone who loved her.
Our sweet girl, Aurora Rose Talavera, was taken far too soon. God knew she was too beautiful for this cruel world. While we may never know who she would have grown to be, we were blessed to witness her strength and the incredible fighter she was. We were given five amazing days with our sweet girl, and we would not trade those moments for anything in the world.
Aurora went peacefully in our arms, and during those precious days we were able to be together as a family. We knew she was brave and that she would have continued fighting for us. However, we also knew it was not right to let her endure the pain that came with her severe health issues.
Her father and I made the most difficult decision a parent can make—to allow her a life free from pain and ease her into peace. Aurora Rose was loved unconditionally. Every single day her parents were by her side fighting for her, along with her loving grandparents. That little girl was deeply loved and will continue to be loved forever. She will never be forgotten, and we will honor her memory always.
We love you, Aurora Rose Talavera. One day we will be reunited again.
She is preceded in death by Christina Marie Maldonaldo (February 8, 2014), Sandra Lee Sterling (April 23, 2016), Iris Elizabeth Chirinos (September 1, 2017), Alejandro Talavera (February 14, 2022), Jose Luis Talavera (August 2020), and Adolfo Alvrez (December 23, 2025).
