

Funeral: 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Moore Memorial Gardens (at the Gazebo). Visitation will be held on Friday from 6 -8 p.m., at Moore Funeral Home.
Bill was born to Perry and Allie Morton Kelley on August 29, 1922 in Bennington, Oklahoma. Graduated Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and attended Oklahoma State University. He served in World War II as a pilot for the Army Air Corps, proudly flew a P-38, and was stationed in the Aleutian Islands.
Bill married his high school sweetheart, Phyllis Henry in 1942. He worked for Lederle Laboratories, a division of American Cyanamid Company, for 35 years - rising from a Regional Sales Manager to a Western Divisional Manager during his tenure.
He was also an avid golfer and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by Phyllis H. Kelley, brothers, O.C. Kelley and Perry Kelley, Jr. and second wife, Alice P. Kelley.
Survivors include daughters, Gail (David) Roaten of Wimberley, Texas and Susan (George) Sparkman of Dallas, Texas. Grandchildren include Amanda Nelson, Megan Pooley, John Roaten, Ashley Harder, Kelley Sparkman, and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, suggested donations to Macular Degeneration Association or Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
