

Katy was raised in Midland, Texas and received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Texas in Arlington in 1985.
She married Glen Ralph Jarboe in 2011 and the couple had two children. She retired as a Sales Executive at AT&T where she worked for more than fifteen years.
In her spare time Katy enjoyed spending time with family, playing the stock market, playing mahjong, going out to dinner and going on cruises and to Las Vegas.
Her family and friends will always remember her as a “firecracker” and very generous person who adored the holidays, particularly Christmas.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Ann of Midland; sister, Patricia of Fort Worth and brother-in-law, Ed of Dallas, Sister, Janie of Oklahoma City.
Katy is survived by her husband, Glen of Arlington; Daughters, Lisa of Austin and Kimberly (Blake) of Austin; Grandchildren, Brayden and Chloe of Austin; Brother, Charlie (Michele) of Virginia Beach; Sister, Suzy of Houston; Brother in law, Gary of Oklahoma City; Nieces and nephews: Ed, Kathy, Shannon, Erin, Erika, Christopher and Elizabeth; Great nieces and nephews: Jack, Laren, Olivia, Laney, Ellen, John and Benjamin.
