Charles Capps, 89, entered into rest April 27, 2018. He was born on February 24, 1929, to Larkin and Pearl Capps, in Dallas, Texas.
He is survived by his daughter Judy Fast (Dan); sons Nathan Capps (Monica) and Ronnie Capps; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren with another on the way.
A Memorial Service celebrating the lives of both Charles and his late wife, Gloria, will be held on Saturday, May 5, at 3:00, at Moore Funeral Home.
