Dale Wayne Watts, 56, of Mansfield, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 in a Dallas hospital. Cremation services are under the direction of Moore Funeral Home in Arlington. Inurnment will be 10:00 am Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at DFW National Veterans Cemetery. The Air Force Honor Guard will render full military honors. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Dale was born on a Tuesday, April 7, 1959 in Killeen, Texas to Euel Gene Watts and Elinor Frances Thompson Watts. He served more than 20 years in the United States Air Force and received numerous awards including the Air Force Longevity Service Award, Overseas Long Tour Ribbon, Expert Marksmanship Ribbon/Rifle, and Professional Military Education Ribbon among others. Dale was a member of the South Arlington and Mansfield Riders. He loved riding his motorcycle, building model cars and collecting comics.
Survivors include one daughter, Tana Dee Watts, one son Justin Davis Watts, one sister, Cindy Watts, one brother, Tim Watts, and his mother Elinor Frances Watts.
