David Vance Webb, 63, of Arlington, passed from this life, Thursday, February 20 2014 in Arlington. Services are under the direction of Moore Funeral Home and will be held 10:00 am Thursday at St. Maria Goretti Church, 1200 South Davis Drive, Arlington. Father Jim Gigliotti will officiate. Burial will follow at Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 7:00 at St. Maria Goretti with a Rosary beginning at 7:00.
David Vance Webb was born August 15, 1950 in Dalhart, Texas to Harley Webb and Elizabeth Lynch Webb. Both parents preceded him in death. He attended, and graduated from, Peacock Military Academy School in San Antonio. David has been a very active member of his church, St Maria Goretti, most of his life. In this regard, he attended Mass daily, participated in a Bible study group, and was a generous benefactor and donor.
Survivors include his paternal grandmother, Lupe Webb of Fort Worth and his sister, Marsha Webb of Taos, New Mexico.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to the St Anthony Food Pantry of St Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1200 S Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76013.
