I worked with Don when he was working with the city of Dallas. He was a really nice person who went over and beyond. He was full of knowledge and always had a smile on his face .

Thank you Lord Jesus for your presence in Uncle Don's life. Uncle Don and Aunt Debbie have been such beacons of light in my life. When Joseph and I were married 34 years ago, Don and Debbie arranged for our ceremony to be held at their beautiful home as we had traveled in from Florida to share the union with our dear family and friends in the metroplex. That sweet gesture is a blessing we often reflect on that contributed to us feeling so loved and encouraged to have a strong lifelong marriage with Christ as our foundation. Don's smile, voice of wisdom, and acts of love and kindness blessed so many all his life. We need you Lord and thank you for guiding us and being our strength. We are comforted knowing we will see each other again as believers in Heaven. Thank you and Amen🙏

Don was one of my best friends in High School then we lost contact with each other as we went off to college. So sad to hear of his passing. Debby and Don were great friends and we enjoyed many fantastic times together our Junior and Senior years at AHS going on double dates.  What a fantastic Team mate on the Arlington Colts Bi district Championship team in 1971. So happy to hear he had such a great family life and 52 wonderful years with Debbie. But the greatest news is he knew our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

I am so sorry to hear of Don passing. I work as Electrical Inspector @ City of Dallas. Don & I worked together at SE office. He was such a kind  and gentle soul. He loved getting to attend Texas Rangers game of World Serious.  Proudly wore hat and jersey he bought. Said $300.00 for parking was price to pay for close to stadium....wow.
I'm so sorry he's gone. God bless his family, friends and relatives.  Rest in peace Big Don

It saddens me that Don passed away, but he is now in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Don worked for me at George-Mckenna for 9 years and 2 years after the Sale. Don loved the Lord and enjoy engaging in GME prayer time. He enjoyed attending his granddaughter soccer games and his family. Do was a dedicated employee. His word was his word. He was always fair to his employees and to his customers.  He would not pass the buck if there was a problem, he would always praise the employee for their efforts. It was a honor to have Don as a friend, employee and brother in Christ. I have been blessed to know him. May God comfort his family for their earthly loss. May God Bless your family.

7 years ago we were celebrating Barbara's birthday, today we will say goodbye to Don, her nephew. Don and Debbie got married in this very house.  We love you Debbie and family We share your grief in having to say goodbye to Don. May God be with you all

I was Mr.Davis Home Health Aide for C C Young I’m going to really miss they laughs and words of encouragement.

Don was not only a long time client , but also a great friend. I cut Don’s  hair way back in the early 1970’s  until I retired. Don and I would talk about our boys and baseball. He was very proud of his son , he even helped me with the baseball pitching machine that he had for his son that I bought from him when my son was in baseball. He helped me with electrical, always giving me great advice and how to do things . When my son passed 2022 It was Don who showed deep sympathy for my loss . It breaks my heart to have lost my great friend! My friend I know with all my heart your  in heaven with his loved ones. And our lord Jesus Christ. We will see you soon my friend , god bless you and all the peoples lives you have touched.

Don always made me feel so beautiful, adored and loved. I have so many memories of him as my 2nd daddy but my favorite is when he stayed with me while I had to get stitches one time, because my dad almost passed out and had to leave the room. Don was one of few people my dad felt safe with and would confide in. I’m thankful he had a best friend like Don. We all miss him already.
