

Funeral Mass: 11:30 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in North Richland Hills. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Arlington, with a rosary recited at 7 p.m.
Born on June 20, 1920, Dr. Falbey served in the United States Army in the Pacific theater during World War II. He graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathy in 1952 and opened a private practice in West Philadelphia and Springfield, Delaware County, Pa. He co-founded Tri-County Hospital in Springfield in 1960 and taught medical school classes for 40 years. In 1975 he served his country again by joining the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Zaragoza, Spain. After moving to Arlington in 1978, he worked at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and its Northside Clinic, as well as Grand Prairie Community Hospital, until his retirement in 1993.
Dr. Falbey was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy.
Survivors: Sons, Dr. Robert J. Falbey of Arlington, Dr. Frank B. Falbey Jr. and wife, Jill, of Houston and Sean R. Falbey of Houston; daughter, Carin E. Falbey of Arlington; and grandchildren, Francis B. Falbey III and Stella J. Falbey of Houston, born to Jill and Frank Falbey Jr.
