Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Moore Funeral Home.
Frankie was born in Harlingen on Aug. 16, 1964, and attended school in Arlington. Frankie was a loving soul who cherished his family, and was a special friend to all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward, and his brother, Edward Jr.
Survivors: His mother, Francisca Escamilla; sister, Laura Self, and husband, Michael; nephew, Blake Self; and niece, Natalie Self.
