Gloria Ann Facarazzo

Raised in Thorndale, Texas, Gloria attended and graduated from Thorndale High School in 1953. She went on to have a successful career as an accountant at LTV/Vought, where she worked for more than 25 years.

She married Dominic Facarazzo, with whom she shared many happy years. Gloria was previously married to Ellis Dawson with whom they had three wonderful boys who meant the world to her. Gloria was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her personal interests included socializing, playing cards, reading, traveling, exercising, and spending time with her family. Gloria will always be remembered as a wonderful, kind, caring, and loyal friend.

Gloria was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dominic Facarazzo; her parents, William and Lucinda Elliot; her brothers, Wayne Elliot and David Elliot; and her sister, Darlene Browning. She is survived by her sons, Terry Dawson, Troy Dawson and wife Gail, Todd Dawson and wife Yuriko; her grandchildren, Denise, Kristin, Grant, Elijah; her great-grandchildren, Luna Mae and Sabine; her brother, G.W. Elliot and wife Sherri; and her sister, Caludia Montgomery.

Visitation will be held at Moore Funeral Home, located at 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012, on January 21, 2026, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. The funeral service will follow at the same location from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Committal will take place at Moore Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, also at 1219 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
