A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 30, from 6-8pm, at Moore Funeral Home.
A graveside service will take place Wednesday, July 1, at 10am, at The DFW National Cemetery
Ima was born on Feb. 23, 1934 in Lake View, Texas. She married Tommy Lawler and lived with him, one son, and two daughters, in Arlington. Ima was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend. She touched the hearts of everyone she met and did not hesitate to share the word of God.
Ima is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Lawler and partner Karin Bennett Lawler, Debra Dykes and husband John; grandchildren, Amy Phifer, Lori Ross, Jill Burmeister, Kelly Lawler, and their families, including 9 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 9 siblings, her husband Thomas Lawler, and son Rickey Lawler.
