Jack Nathan Moore was born November 29th, 1977 to Janet and Sherman Moore in Amarillo, Texas. He died on March 6th, 2017.
He is survived by both of his parents, his sister Jo, his girlfriend Katie, and his daughter Justice.
One of Jack's passions was music. He played in bands that seemed to have an endless amount of names. He also loved to volunteer his time to help the homeless. Jack was also fond of comedy and storytelling, both of which he excelled at, especially when combining them together.
