"I find excitement in color, form, and design, and watercolor to be one of the most expressive mediums. Inspiration comes from photographs and sketches of people, situations, and life I come in contact with on a daily basis. The spiritual part of me is very important and is reflected in most of my work."
Though she was physically limited due to the Pain and fatigue that Multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia laid on her, She did all she could for others until the very end. Jane made teddy bears from donated fur coats for charities like Mission Arlington. She took it upon herself to reach out to the homebound members of her Church, Writing cards and including small original paintings or photographs, continuing this practice even when she became Homebound herself.
She leaves behind her Son Joshua Martin, daughter-in-law Cara Robertson, grandchildren Alastair and Matilda Martin, Gwendolen Jones, and two Jenday Conures, Meshack and Sophie. "
