Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Katherine Ann Hogue was born Nov. 3, 1946, to William Hogue and Margery Ratliff in Mount Vernon, Ill. Kathy was the first of 11 children. Kathy and her husband, Dale, brought their family to Dallas in 1980. They attended First United Methodist Church of Arlington for over 15 years. Kathy was a member of the Friends for Life Spousal Support Group through her church.
Kathy came to work at Moore Funeral Home in 2003 as a family service counselor and was a friend and blessing to the many people she came in contact with.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 37 years, Dale.
Survivors: Sons, Mike Hogue and Tanya Boswell, and Mark and Patty Yarbrough; daughter, Sheere Yarbrough; grandchildren, Samy, Joe and Katelin Yarbrough; and a host of other loving family members and friends.
