Ly Van Le, 83, passed away peacefully at Austin, TX on Friday, June 24, 2022.
After obtaining his 4 years bachelor’s degree, he joined the Secret Service of South Vietnam as a Lieutenant Colonel, serving his country in South Vietnam.
He got married with Huong Ngoc Le and had 5 kids together. They have been married for 57 years.
After 1975 “The fall of Saigon”, he was taken prisoner by “Viet Cong” where he spent 8 years in their prison’s camp. He was released and re-united with family in 1982.
He and the whole of his family came to the United States in 1994, and he resided in Austin, TX until the day he passed away. He has been sick for years and had been cared at home by his children. He was surrounded by loved ones at the time of his death.
