Marlene was raised in Chicago, Illinois and Graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High school in 1957. She married James in 1962 and the couple shared three children together. in her professional life Marlene was an executive assistant at general motors where she worked for over 35 years.
In her spare time Marlene enjoyed going to church and bible study, dancing, cooking, baking, gambling at the casino, traveling, bowling, shopping, getting her hair and nails done, and spending time with her family and friends. Her loved ones will always remember her as a beautiful soul whose life was a quiet example of Christ's love and selflessness. She was also someone who lived with open hands and a giving heart, always putting others first.
She is preceded in death by her husband James Jack; parents Jack and Sophie Goldstein; brothers Arthur and Eugene Goldstein; daughter Donna; and grandson Ryan James Huck.
Marlene is survived by her daughters Lisa Huck (David Huck) and Cheryl Piper (Tracy Piper); Sister Sharon Wiczer; Grandchildren Meghann Trice (John Trice), Lauren Canada (Kaleb Canada), Brooklyn Piper, Austin Pipe, Elizabeth Smith; Great Grandchildren Faye Trice, Nolan Huck and Charley Huck; and Many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Marlene will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with her. She will always be remembered for the loving spirit and kindness she showed to everyone around her.
