Mary "Kat" Ball

ARLINGTON -- Mary (Kat) Ball 51, of Arlington, Texas, passed away November 11, 2011, at Arlington Memorial Hospital, in the loving arms of her husband, Gil Jones. Memorial Service: Saturday November 19, 2011 at 3:00pm at Moore Funeral Home. 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas. In lieu of Flowers, please make a donation to Arlington Texas SPCA.

Kat was born August 16, 1960 in Newport News, Virginia, the daughter of the Bill and late Mary Bernice Minter. She was one of five children. She and Gil Jones became one in April of 1990. Kat graduated with a BA in Business in 2010 from Texas Wesleyan University. She served honourably in the Air Force for 12 years. She loved being outdoors with nature and enjoyed fishing more than anything. Kat was loved and adored by anyone and everyone that ever met her. She will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Bernice Minter, and brother Billy J Minter Jr. Kat is survived by her husband Gil Jones; daughter, Jennifer L. Ball and her husband Silvio Bahr; son William (Billy) Minter; father, Bill J. Minter; brother, Alan C. Minter and wife Sharon; sister Gail M. Lambries and husband Bill; brother Gregory D. Minter; son-in-law, Christopher Jones and wife Andrea; brother-in-law, Bill Jones and wife Shirley; and sister-in-law, Judith Burman and husband Fred.
