Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Milton was a former member of Bethal Baptist Church of Arlington and a member of Worth Baptist Church in Fort Worth. He worked for Collins Radio as an inspector for a number of years until retirement. He liked to fish and loved Jesus.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Opal Wortman; parents, Harry and Pearl Wortman; sisters, Elisie Henry and husband, Bill, of Grand Prairie, Florence Mitchell and husband, Hubert, of Fort Worth.
Survivors: Brothers, Edward Wortman and wife, Betty, of Fredricksburg and Frank Wortman; niece, Joanie Whetstone and husband, Charlie, of Carrollton; nephew, Ron Lindsey and wife, Jan, of Austin; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
