Molly E. Priddy

Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30 at Moore Funeral Home in Arlington.

Funeral: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31 at First Baptist Church of Hurst. Interment will follow in Moore Memorial Gardens.

Molly Anne Ellis was born Oct. 15, 1941, the only child of Albert D. Ellis and Beulah Curry Ellis.

After graduating from Oklahoma Baptist University, Molly met Lloyd Priddy at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where she earned her master's of music conducting. They were married Aug. 7, 1964 at South Main Baptist Church in Houston.

Lloyd and Molly were called to the music ministry where they served the Lord in several Baptist churches, notably in Thomaston, Georgia, Travis Baptist Church in Corpus Christi, First Baptist Church of Aiea in Hawaii, and First Baptist Church of Kenedy, Texas. Molly taught middle school in Kenedy, where she was honored as a teacher of the year. They also ministered in retirement at First Baptist Church of Hurst in the choir, drama and handbells.

Survivors: Molly is survived by her sons, David and Mark; their wives Kristen and Jennifer; and nine grandchildren: Reid, Kameron, Ian, Stephen, Jenelle, Omega, Sarah, Phillip and Peter.
