She was widowed by the passing of her husband Ronald "RC" Cook on February 20, 2003.
She is survived by her children, Cynthia Pugh and husband, Richard of Arlington; son, Gary Cook of Dallas; daughter Kimberly Barnett and husband, Jerry of Lockhart; and
grandchildren, Cristen Cook and fiancé Luke, Brandon Cook and wife, Libby; Madeleine Robertson and husband, Dakota.
Nancy will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with her. She will always be remembered for the loving spirit and kindness she showed to everyone around her.
