Nancy retired after working for LTV for more than 30 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Arlington and the Wesley Progressors Sunday School Class. Nancy was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, United Daughters of the Confederacy, and Colonial Dames of the 17th Century.
Nancy showed dogs and enjoyed photography. She had her pictures published in various calendars and newspapers.
