

Funeral: 1 p.m. Monday, June 6, at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2100 N. Davis Drive, Arlington. Interment: will be held privately in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery with military honors. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home.

Richard was born Sept. 29, 1932, in Nashua, Iowa, to Robert and Thelma Tucker. He graduated from Austin High School in 1950. He enlisted in the Air Force and served during the Korean War. Richard was an air traffic controller working in Minneapolis, Minn., Oklahoma City, Okla., and Fort Worth, and received many commendations. He married Alice Patricia Tacheny on Aug. 23, 1958. Richard was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Arlington. He was dedicated to his family and was cherished by all who knew him.
Survivors: His devoted wife of 52 years, Alice; sons, James, Ronald and David; daughter, Ann-Marie; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
