Rita Miller Shields was born on Wednesday January 10, 1934 in Hartshorne, Oklahoma to the parents of Omer Harver Pipkin and Aleene Allen.

Ms. Shields is survived by survived by Son in Decatur TX Brad Miller (wife Patricia), Grand Daughter Blaine Thomas. Grand Son in Decatur Texas Chad Miller (wife Heather), Great-Grand Daughter Hailey Miller, Great-Grand Son Christian Miller, Great-Grand Daughter Hannah Miller. Sister Laura Davidson In Wimberley TX, Niece Lori Hansen (husband Chris) and their children, Jordan and Kristen.

Rita will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, relative, friend and colleague to all that knew and cared for her. She will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with Rita.

Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Rita Miller Shields will be held on Tuesday, July 23 @ 10:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas.
