Ronald G. Helmintaler

Ron loved his country and was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force. He also served alongside the United States Army as a civilian during the Gulf War. Following his military service, Ron spent the majority of his working years as an Inventory Control Supervisor.

A man with a servant’s heart, Ron dedicated countless hours to Mission Arlington, lovingly repairing bicycles so that children could receive them at Christmas. He faithfully served the Lord and was a devoted member of Fielder Church in Arlington, Texas.

Ron was a devoted and loving husband to Susan (Sue). He was a proud and loving father to Tobi (Chris Fisher), Dana (Matt Ware), Jenni Muldowney, Katie (Brad Ather), and Lorie (Perry Rachel). He was also a proud and loving grandfather to Jack (Megan Fisher), Steven (Jayce Ramirez), Michael (Jennifer Muldowney), Samuel Flores, Justin, Tyler, Alexis, and Izabella Rachel, as well as eight cherished great-grandchildren.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Bill Helmintaler (Patricia); and his first wife, Pamela Helmintaler. He is survived by his sister, Sandy (Harold Tolbert), and his brother, John Rahall (Galme).

Ron loved his Lord and Savior with all his heart. He is now resting peacefully in the arms of Jesus.
