Ruben is survived by his loving wife, Nohemi R. Oaxaca. Beloved father of Juan Rayos, Ruben O. Oaxaca, David Oaxaca and Naomi Oaxaca. Son of the late Celia and Oscar Oaxaca. Step-son of Antonia Oaxaca. Brother of Patricia Cardoza, Oscar Oaxaca and Leticia Oaxaca. Also survived by 7 grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at First Assembly of God, 323 SE 14th Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75051 on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 6 until 9 PM. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will take place on Friday, April 30, 2021 at 9 am in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas 76012 followed by a Catholic Graveside Service at 10 AM. Interment at Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington, Texas.
