Samuel is survived by his wife, two children and four grandchildren.
A memorial service for Samuel will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 4:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas. An inurnment will occur at Moore Crematory, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas 76012.
