

Viewing will be on Friday, March 11, 2022 from 6:00-8:00pm at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas 76012. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 12:00pm at Epworth Methodist Church, 1400 South Cooper Street, Arlington, Texas 76013. Burial with military honors to follow in Old Arlington Cemetery, 801 South Mary Street, Arlington, Texas 76010.

Stan was born in Three Rivers, Michigan on September 30, 1929. He was the last surviving family member of 12 siblings. Stan graduated from Constantine High School and was a 3 sport Hall of Fame athlete. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy of which he was a very proud veteran.
On January 17, 1953, Stan was married to Dollie Watson. Through a series of moves, the family located to Arlington, Texas. In 1984, Stan ran in the Olympic Torch Relay. He had a career in RV & Panel manufacturing for Korwall Industries for over 50 years. Stan was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and had a passion for gardening, sports, and fishing.
Stan is survived by his wife of 69 years, Dollie Dimmick; daughters, Deb Martin (Larry) and Barb Brashear (Craig); grandchildren: Jeremy Martin (Heather), Amanda Miller (John), Jason Brashear, Cody Martin, and Karly Brashear; great grandchildren: Shelby Martin, Jackson Martin, Taylor Brashear, Shane Martin, Erin Pomeroy, and Carly Henderson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
