Wanda Gregory

Memorial Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Moore Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas.

Ms. Gregory was born in Caddo, Oklahoma on May 28, 1946 to J.B. and Lois Winsett. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Known as “Mema” or “G.G.” to her grandchildren, she enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and taking them shopping. She was a caregiver to all. She was a home health aid for many years, and enjoyed being able to put others’ needs above her own. In her spare time she enjoyed going to garage sales, thrift stores, and pawn shops; always in search of the next great bargain.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Becky Rose and Betty Perry. She is survived by two daughters, Melissa Swink and her husband, Eli; Tangi Smith and her husband, Dan, all of Fort Worth; two sons, Gary Story and his wife, Elna; Terry Story and his wife, June, all of Little Elm; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is also survived by four sisters, Bobbie Ruby of Arlington, TX; Kathy Langham of Caddo,OK; Linda Reed of Denton, TX; Uvonne Duppstadt of Arlington, TX; and one brother, Mickey Winsett of Orlando, OK.
