Pauline worked for over two decades at Hudson Bus Lines, driving school buses, a job she took great pride in. She started driving full-size school buses and later transitioned to driving minibuses for special-needs children. She retired at the age of 62. Pauline enjoyed sharing her bus stories.
Pauline had a love for travel and enjoyed horseback riding, snowmobiling, waterskiing, and riding her own motorcycle. Later in life, her true passion became line dancing, affectionately referred to as "clogging" by her family, who teased her lovingly. It was through line dancing that she made many lasting friendships, including with her closest friends Jane, Denise, Babe, and Shari. Pauline also had wonderful neighbors, particularly Carmen, who took care of her hair for many years.
