She is survived by her husband of 69 years Fred Higgins, her children Debbie Moffat, Greg Higgins and Randy Higgins, 6 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren.
Barbara spent her life in service to the Lord and her greatest joy in life was her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.
Services will be held Friday, June 20th, 10:30am at Canyon Hills Church, 7001 Auburn St., in Bakersfield.
