Billy Ray Brown 1929 - 2011 Billy was born on February 17, 1929, in Lehigh, Oklahoma and went to be with the Lord on July 28, 2011, in Bakersfield, CA. Billy was a loving father, grandfather, and husband. He was the owner of Bill & Garry's Used Cars for over 50 years. He had a passion for racing and sports. He will be greatly missed by all his family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years, Carmelleta Brown; and 8 siblings. He is survived by his sons, Gary, Glen, Greg, Michael and Charlie; 14 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and his sister, Doris. Visitation will be Friday, August 5th, from 5-8 p.m. A Chapel service will be held on Saturday, August 6th, at 10 a.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Chapel.
