Elwon was loved by many and enjoyed spending time with family. He is survived by his second wife Ruth, daughter Carole and her husband Doug Brewer, daughter in law Sheila Williams, five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, along with his brother Dean Williams and numerous nieces and nephews.
Elwon was preceded in death by his first wife Dorothy Williams, son Stanley Williams and daughter Teresa Williams along with his parents and eleven siblings.
