Isaac was born to Joseph and Iola Lucille Oliver on November 25, 1938 in O'Donnell, Texas. The family later moved to Bakersfield, California where he attended Casa Loma Elementary School, Golden State Jr. High School and Bakersfield High School.
Isaac was happily married to Jerelene Oliver for eighteen years. Isaac had a strong work ethic and worked at Paiute Packing Company, Kern Foundry, Brock's Department Store, and eventually became self-employed.
Isaac leaves to cherish his precious memories with his children, Jerelene Oliver, Marie Nancy Oliver-Robinson, Gail Oliver, Sr., and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nephews, great-nieces and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, located at 9101 Kern Canyon Road.
