A graveside service will be held at Bakersfield National Cemetery, located at 30338 E Bear Mountain Blvd, Arvin, California, 93203, on March 26, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:15 pm.
He leaves behind his son and daughter Brian and Nicole Hicks.
Though Dutch may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dutch touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
