We didn't have a strong bond, but we were always family. Thank you for sharing your life with my sister and giving me my nephews. Met him and Don like 29 years ago in Bakersifeld ca. They were our neighbors on 601 Pacheco road. We use to play all the time. Went to plantation elementary together. Ended up moving away and seen the boo boos again at west high later on. 
Time passed again and now I'm saying rest in peace....wish I could see you 1 more time dawg. God bless the family and my condolences to the fam as well.


When we met in 2016 we developed a great bond that I'll never forget. Thank you for being the amazing person you were.  You had such a loving heart and would  do whatever you could to help others out or just put a smile on their face. I appreciate you loving me and my kids just like they were your own. Saying goodbye just doesn’t seem right. Growing up you and Don were not only my big cousins (only older by a few months) but you were literally my first best friends. Remembering my friend , co-worker Jon known as Young Twin….. Jon an I worked together for many many years at Ross Dress Fir Less as so did Alexis as well! We all became very close as Family in our circle. Jon was a very hard worker at all times  and we both had each other’s back when there was a work related issue! 20+ years. This hit home. I feel like I’m in a bad dream and can’t wake up. We go way back bro bro. You called me big bro but you and twin both taller then me haha. Bro it’s hard to keep a smile. But when I picture your face it’s always with a smile. Moms is hurt to bro. But I had just talked to you 8 days be this happened.  We had talked about me and not going to see you and watch a game. So yo all my real bro bros let’s every year go to the cowboys first home game for him. I love you bro but this I don’t know how to get over this. I’m hurt I can’t lie. Don’t trip you already know Don still has a few brothers around him. But he lost his twin and we lost a younger brother. I even want your kids to go to the game with us. Had the pleasure of knowing Jon when I met him during a training class for a new job I started. We worked in different departments after that, but the office was small so we still ran into each other. I know it sounds so cliche to say that people light up a room, but that's exactly what Jon did. He had a tremendous presence, humor, and kindness to him that you could just sense right away. My only regret is not getting to know Jon much more than being work acquaintances, but what I did know of him will always be special. Hearing the news of his passing was definitely a shock and just shows how precious and fleeting life can be. Fly high, Jon and thank you for always having and graciously sharing your Ice Breakers Mints. Next time I buy some, I'll think of you. 

I remember driving with my dad taking Alicia to West High in the morning and seeing you and your brother walking to school in your guys Dickies pullovers. Mobbing like you had a mission to get some where.  My dad would say there goes Don and Jon. I would look at him and say you don't even know them.  Little did I know you would be the one he would walk me down the aisle too. 
Since 2006 we've been Jon and Alexis.  (Sorry Don 😊) One thing I loved about you is you never judged me or my thoughts.  Always had an open ear and an open mind. You also kept it too dam real for me but I appreciate that quality in you. Made you who you are. I'm so thankful for our story our life together.  Our beautiful handsome boys we have. I promise they will always know about their dad. Your legacy will continue.  Your Pappito and Monster they have so much of you in them. Thank you Jon for allowing me to be a big part of your life. As a twin its a different type of bond that we had for one another. My brother "Young Twin"  was one of the best people that I have ever came across and I'm not just saying it cause he was my brother. This man had a heart of gold and would do anything for the people he loved. He would never be the one that someone would have something bad to say about.  My brother kept me positive in so many situations when I was going down the wrong road. He was my best friend since the first breath we took in this world together. I made a promise to my brother and this was to take good care of the loves of his life (   J.J. & C.J.) My brother was a real family man and this is one thing that I will continue to be for him. Like my lil bro always say "We all we got"  I thank God for the 12 years that he blessed us with your presence after you almost lost your life the first time.  The hardest thing I have had to do in my life is to say by to my lil brother, my twin, my other half, my guidance ,  man I'm gonna hold it down for you like we talked about. My nephews had a hell of a dad and they uncle got them  but I will never compare to my brother cause he was the nice one lol I love my nephews so much and got JJ and CJ for life. R I P lil bro fly high! 

Cousin this is a hard one to swallow, my Aries twin I'm going to miss all the warm hugs, always feeling safe around y'all, everytime you came around I was so excited to see you even as kids, you always say when you seen me "were your bad ass white boy" and we always go back and forth about how my baby not bad anymore lol 😔even then you was always happy to see him and he would have a big smile on his face ,I'm going to miss that ...... I met twin when he was a little boy on K Street. I never really heard him talk much but he was the sweetes lil kid. I did not have the chance to be around him as an adult but I am sure he was still that sweet kind loving person I met so many years ago.My heart and Prayers goes out to the Family. I Love you .

Brothers and Sisters argue and fight all the time , that’s normal right ? Well I can honestly say I can only remember Us arguing 1 time and it was so minor I don’t even remember what the issue was. My babies before I had babies and then was hands on when I did (and even harassed my grandkids a little bit lol ) . You have been the perfect Brother and Uncle to me and my kids and I thank you for that.   My heart is forever broken but I feel soo blessed to have been able to call you my Brother.
