Joyce Dean Webb of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025, in Springdale, Arkansas. Joyce was born in Elmo, Texas on August 26, 1931, to Roy Dudley Hettigrew and Mary Katherine Linney. On October 23, 1965, she married Dan Webb. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dan Webb; both parents, Dudley Pettigrew, and Katherine Pettigrew.
She is survived by two daughters, Robyn Kilpatrick (husband Chris) of Bakersfield, California, and Lorre Webb, also of Bakersfield, California; three granddaughters, Kacey Maier, Karli Hearron, and Kelsey Shine; one grandson, Cash Webb; six great grandchildren.
Mrs. Webb will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bakersfield, California.
