

Justo was born on February 25, 1964 in Bakersfield, CA. He passed away on September 2, 2009 in Lamont, CA. He is survived by his daughter, Claudia Lugo; parents, Justo Sr. and Leyda Lugo; sisters, Nancy Lugo and Jose Madera, Hilda and husband Emmanuel Flores; nieces, Shantee, and Jasmine Bonilla. He is also survived by great niece, Jenasis Guillen; nephews, Jose Madera Jr., Walter Bonilla, Jacob Madera, and his great nephew Jaydenn Madera. He also leaves behind many uncles, aunts, cousins, his best friend Edwardo Lopez, and many other friends. In 1982, he graduated from Arvin High School, and shortly after he decided to start his life with a new family. In 1986, he had his proudest moment when his daughter Claudia Crystal Lugo was born. She was his pride and joy. He worked for Ralphs as a manager in Bakersfield and Oxnard California. He lived in Oxnard for 3 years, and enjoyed his life there while being a dedicated employee. In 1993, Justo was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and he became paraplegic. Despite the many struggles he faced during his life; he lived it to the fullest. He was very devoted to his family and made sure they were taken care of. He was a baby-sitter for his nieces and nephews, a job he enjoyed doing. He also enjoyed camping, playing Texas Hold'em, and was a huge sports fan. Justo will be missed by all who had the privilege to be touched by his life. In his memory, a celebration of his life will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park on Thursday, September 10, 2009. Viewing will be from 6:00-8:30 p.m.. Graveside services will be at 10:00a.m. on Friday, September 11, 2009.
