Mary C Rea went home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2022 at 95 years of age. She is preceded in death by her husband Mike Q Rea, sons Cruz and Alfred Rea and daughter Frances Moreno. Mary is survived by her daughter Mary Salazar and daughter in law Gloria Rea. She had 64 grandchildren. She worked as a dietitian for 25 years until her retirement. She lived life to the fullest and enjoyed her family always. She will be dearly missed along with all the blessings she gave everyone that had the pleasure to meet Nana.

Her Funeral Service will be held at St Francis on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM at 900 H ST, Bakersfield, CA 93304. Mary's Graveside service will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306.
Serving as pallbearers are Arthur Chavarria, Frank Behill, Jamie Salazar Jr., Joseph Moreno, Alfred Moreno and Tony Moreno.
