

Albert was born and raised in Barstow, CA, graduated from Barstow High in 1970, and continued his schooling at Barstow College later graduating with his BS in 1972.
In 1974, Albert volunteered as a Reserve Deputy with the San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department. July 4, 1977 he was accepted to the SBSD academy, graduated in September 1977, and was then assigned to the Barstow Sheriffs Station on March 20, 1978. Throughout his years, he became the Reserve Coordinator Officer, Search and Rescue Coordinator, School Resource Officer, Public Information Officer, PAL and DARE Coordinator, worked with the Barstow Youth Accountability program, and was on the San Bernardino County Trap Team winning numerous medals.
During his off time, Albert was a coach for East Barstow Little League, a member of the ELKS lodge, but nothing could take him away from his passion for golfing, hunting, camping, and fishing.
Albert is proceeded in death by his parents Frank and Catalina Ramos, and brothers Joe and Agricol. Albert is survived his wife of 41 years Latrell Ramos, son and daughter-in-law Alejandro and Natalie, daughter Angela, and grandchildren: Brandon, Riley, Ryann, Lennox, and Cole. Brother and sister-in-law Robert and Helen and their 2 children. Sister-in-law Judy.
