Billy Melvin Decker, age 80, of Yermo, California passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Billy was born March 3, 1941 in Arkansas to Issac and Mary Decker. After graduating form High school, he served in the U. S. Navy and was Honorably discharged. He worked as an automotive mechanic for over 50 years.
