A visitation for Carlos will be held Friday, March 6, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Mead Mortuary, 36930 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311. A funeral service will occur Friday, March 6, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A reception will occur Friday, March 6, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A cremation will occur.
