Frances H. Rodriguez February 10, 1937 - January 8, 2017 Frances H. Rodriguez of Barstow, CA went home to be with the Lord January 8, 2017. Frances is survived by her 4 daughters Elizabeth Rodriguez-Gandara, Mona Mendez, Anna Mendoza, & Trish Rodriguez, sons-in-law David Mendez & David Mendoza, 9 grandchildren Gabriel Gandara, David Mendez (Victoria), Michael Gandara, Thomas Mendez, Jessica Gandara, Selina Mendez, Alyssa Mendoza, Vincent Mendoza, & Sarah Mendez, 4 great grandchildren Ariana Mendez, Elysia Gandara, Uriah Gandara, & Anthony Mendez. Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years Raul V. Rodriguez. Services will be as follows: The Rosary will be recited Sunday January 15th 2017 at Meads Mortuary in Barstow CA at 6:00 pm. Mass will be Monday January 16th 2017 at 10:00 am at St. Josephs Catholic church followed immediately by burial at Mountain View Memorial Park.
