After moving from Kentucky to California at the age of five, she attended schools in Highland, CA as well as Phelan, CA. She graduated from Serrano High school where she was a cheerleader, softball player, and school photographer. Lana went on to complete and obtain her cosmetology license at which point she became a hair stylist and remained so throughout her life, working for over 40 years.
Lana is survived by her daughter Felicia Cano; her son Kevin Dubin; her son Jeffery Dubin; her daughter Katherine Warren; and her son Michael Warren; her sister Vivian Scott and her sister Mary Barns.
Lana was preceded in death by her son Ronald Dubin Jr..
Mrs. Dubin also leaves 10 grandchildren to cherish her memory.
A viewing will be held at the Newberry Springs Assembly-God 32582 Mountain View Rd, Newberry Springs, CA 92365 on September 14, 2024 at 1pm followed by a celebration of life at 2:00pm.
A reception will follow at the American Legion Post 751 30196 Newberry Rd, Newberry Springs, CA 92365
