Monica Ou, age 28, of Barstow, California passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Monica was born November 29, 1993 in Pomona, CA. She is survived by her mother, Jennifer Vandy Chhay and brother Nick Ou.
A visitation for Monica will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Mead Mortuary, 36930 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 10:30 AM at Mt View Memorial Park, 37067 Irwin Rd, Barstow, California 92311.
