Richard Homer Reed passed away peacefully on May 10th, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on March 17th, 2025, to Homer and Lyla Reed in Tulare, California, he was known for his military career and all the work he did under Fort Irwin. He touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Richard Homer Reed is survived by his wife, 2 sons, 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
