William Patrick Dunham

Pat worked on the family farm in Baskin, Louisiana until he enlisted into the Navy in 1983 at the age of 22. He was a Boiler Technician on the USS IOWA BB-61 and was honorably discharged in 1986.

After serving his country, he made his way to Northern California where he started his career path as a federal employee. A rift in his job location would move him to Barstow, California where he would continue as a government worker for a total of 40 years.

Pat met Veronica in 1995 and they welcomed their daughter, Adrianna, in 1997. He and Veronica got married in 2000 in Las Vegas and would later celebrate 25 years of marriage. Pat was a loving and hardworking man.

Aside from his wife and daughter, Pat welcomed his first grandchild, Lucia, in March of 2020 and she became another one of his greatest treasures.

Pat retired as a Wood Worker for the Department of Defense in 2025 and spent his retirement with his family.

He passed away surrounded by his loved ones on November 28, 2025. He was a devoted Husband, Dad, Papa, Uncle, Brother, and Friend. Pat was loved tremendously and will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Mead Mortuary, located at 36930 Irwin Road, Barstow, CA, 92311, on December 12, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
